Normal Opening Hours

Jenner House is open at the following times.

Reception is open:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
(12.30pm - 1.30pm  Emergency telephone service)

All the partners are available during the week either in the morning, afternoon or evening surgeries.  Please telephone reception to make your appointment.

• For emergencies when the surgery is closed telephone
  Out of Hours Service on 0208 911 1133.
• Visit the Walk-In Centre opposite the Princess Alexander Hospital or for medical advice telephone NHS Direct on 0845 4647.

Telephone Advice

If you require telephone advice from the Doctors please ring the surgery after 11.30am and give the receptionist as much information as possible. The Doctor will then 'phone you back when they are not consulting.

If the call is urgent please let the receptionist know and they will put you through to the Duty Doctor.
